A Note on Handmade Quality
Every pair of QUAY Creations earrings are hand-sculpted with a lot of love and attention to detail. Because they are handmade, you might notice slight variations in colour or pattern—it’s what makes your pair completely unique! ✨
What if something goes wrong?
While polymer clay is durable and lightweight, it can occasionally be delicate. If your earrings arrive damaged or experience a break shortly after purchase due to a structural flaw, I want to make it right.
- Replacements: As many of my designs are one-offs or small-batch, I may not always be able to provide an identical replacement. However, I am always happy to offer a similar style or a store credit 💌
- Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges 🦠
- Contact: If there is an issue with your order, please email me at quaycreationsuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include a photo of the issue and I'll be more than happy to look into it for you ☺️

Shipping
My current dispatch time is approximately 2-3 working days but when possible, I'll dispatch parcels earlier.

Hardware
All of my earrings are made with good quality hardware, however, I cannot guarantee they will be 100% reaction free for you.
